Returns must be done within 30 days of purchase and only if the item has not been used. This will be subject to our inspection. There will be a 20% restocking fee. Exchanges are possible as well within 30 days of purchase. Shipping must be paid by the customer to return item as well as for the exchange shipping (plus any additional charges pending on item). No exceptions! Once an item for return/refund is received and it's been inspected verifying it has not been used, we will refund the card that was used to place the purchase. Please allow a few business days for the credit card processors and banks to put the funds back onto your card.
When a customer returns an item we have fees that are charged to us through the credit card companies.
Unfortunately we have had customers take advantage and had to put this policy into place. We will work with you as much as we can so please be reasonable.
